About Us
Maureen
Gregan is an experienced, hard working attorney who has practiced
law in Arizona since 1994. Her law office handles various legal
cases, with a focus on family law, estate planning
(wills/trusts/powers of attorney) and probate law. She has built her
practice over the years by providing each client with
individualized care and attention.
Born in Phoenix, Maureen's family moved to Apache Junction in1972.
She
attended Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor’s of Science
degree in Psychology. She then attended law school at the University
of Tulsa, school of law, earning a juris doctorate degree in 1994.
Maureen is a past president of the Pinal County Bar Association
(1999); a past board member of the Advisory Council on Developmental
Disabilities (2002-2006); a team coach in the Arizona State Bar Moot
Court competition for Red Mountain High School (1998-1999); past
member of the Arizona Women’s Lawyers Association and the American
Bar Association; member of the Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce
(1997 to present) and a current board member for Friends of Apache
Junction, a non profit organization.
Professionally, Maureen is licensed to practice law in the federal
courts and all courts within the State of Arizona. She has had
the rare opportunity to litigate a case before the Arizona Supreme
Court, which included presenting oral argument. She has also
appeared before the Arizona Court of Appeals, numerous Superior
Courts, Justice Courts and City Courts.
Maureen enjoys living, working and raising her family in the
community she has known all of her life.
Tracee
Lauth is an experienced legal assistant/paralegal who has been
working in the field since 1999 and thoroughly enjoys the work that
she does. She is very detailed-oriented and has excellent
communication with clients and attorneys alike. She has
been in Arizona and with this law office since February, 2009, and she assists in handling the cases from start to finish with
ease.
Born and raised in Illinois, just east of St. Louis, Missouri,
Tracee and her family moved to Queen Creek, Arizona in December,
2008. She attended college in Belleville, Illinois at Southwestern
Illinois College and earned two Degrees – Office Technology
Specialist/ Legal Secretarial.
Some areas of law that Tracee is familiar with and has practiced
over the years are as follows: Family, Probate,
Criminal, Labor & Employment, Defense Litigation, Contract Law,
Collections, Traffic, Personal Injury & Worker’s Compensation.
Although she has worked in various practice areas, family and
probate are by far the most rewarding!
Tracee enjoys living in Arizona and exploring the state with her
family. She also enjoys the visits back home where she and her
family grew up in Illinois and Missouri
